    Terms and Conditions
    1. ACT! software must be purchased between 1st July 2005 and 30th September 2005 to attend free training.
    2. Free upgrade of the software must meet the specifications outlined by Sage ACT!
    3. Training is Instructor Lead - meaning the training will strictly follow a pre-determined course outline. Training will cover those areas outlined in on brochure and is based on functional end user training. Technical items including remote database setup, synchronisation, database configuration, design layout and reporting design layout will definitely not be covered in the training sessions as these sessions at a functional introductory level.
    4. Training will be held in Sydney and Melbourne locations only, dates and times will be published on the website and also emailed to those who have contacted eBusiness since the offer.
    5. No training manuals will be provided, please ensure you have writing materials on the day.
    6. Training manuals can be purchased from eBusiness Partners for $70.00 if required.
    7. The duration of each session is 2 hours.
